Why we're excited about our new venture
Greg and Ruth Wells have always embraced the warmth of hospitality in their home. With southern ancestry on Ruth's side, the good-natured, big-heartedness of the south has always been important. Hackberry is built upon those foundations - a welcoming place where friendliness is next to godliness.
The Bed and Breakfast is a new venture for the couple, opening to the public in 2019. Two guest rooms are now available, as well as an outdoor, heated in-ground pool installed in 2021.
Hackberry is located right outside of Beatrice, Nebraska, in the serenity of the country. Guests can enjoy wide, open spaces, big sky and a hiking trail less than one mile from the house. If you are in the neighborhood, stop in and say hello!
